Project Overview
Honeywell required a turn-key refurbishment of their existing office spaces, covering a total area of 16,000 square meters across four floors. The floors involved in the project included operational office spaces on the 1st, 4th, and 5th levels, while the ground floor was designated for storage and archiving purposes.
Project Phases
To ensure business continuity, the refurbishment was strategically divided into two phases:
- Phase 1: Focused on the 4th and 5th floors.
- Phase 2: Covered the 1st and ground floors.
Scope of Work
This complex turn-key project involved a complete overhaul of the spaces and extensive upgrades across various building systems, including:
- Replacement of all fan coil units.
- Overhaul of electrical installations and lighting systems.
- Comprehensive architectural enhancements
- Miller Knoll Mirra 2 operational chairs
