Product Story
Celeste lounge chairs and sofas have a clean, contemporary look. With their compact scale and slender arms, they don't take over a space. They just look good in it while offering comfortable seating for casual meeting spaces, lounges and reception areas. With their trim geometry and refined sense of proportion, Celeste chairs and sofas are at home in a variety of settings.
One, Two, Three
Celeste can be a chair, a two-seat sofa or a three-seat sofa. And thanks to their modular design, the sofas sit as comfortably as the lounge chair. The structural foam back flexes as you move, and the generous seat is sized to provide relaxed sitting while maintaining the furniture's compact scale.
Inviting Appearance
The substantial seat base is complemented by the symmetry of slender arms and tubular steel feet, adding up to a pleasing, compact scale. Spacers set the seat off a bit from the back.
Celeste offers the option of unusual materials. The seat, back and even welting can be upholstered in matching textiles or leathers for a more traditional look, or in contrasting materials to create a somewhat retro appearance. Leather arm sleeves can be added too.
Celeste seating complements Herman Miller systems and other furniture.
On a Roll
All Celeste chairs are available with front casters and handles on the back, making them easy to roll into position for impromptu gatherings or brainstorming sessions.
An Extra Surface
You can add convenient, pivoting tablet arms to chairs or sofas, so you can take notes or rest your drink. Tablets can be positioned on the right or left arm of a chair; sofas can have tablets on both arms. They pivot 360 degrees so they are easy to move into position and push out of the way.
