With a growing team and an evolving business, recruitment company AMS Accelerate IT understood that a well-designed office space is very important to increase productivity, foster partnerships and employee satisfaction.
The Workspace Studio team transformed the 250 sqm space into a dynamic and functional work environment, adapted to the specific requirements of AMS. The project involved the realization of the concept, planning and implementation of the design, aligned with the brand identity, culture and operational needs of the company.
The main achievements of the project include:
1. Brand Integration: The office design naturally integrates AMS brand colors, logo and brand messaging throughout the space, reinforcing brand identity and creating a cohesive visual experience for employees and visitors.
2. Functional Configuration: The concept aims to optimize space, offering distinct areas for collaboration, meetings, individual work and relaxation. Miller Knoll's ergonomic furniture and flexible workstations have been selected to improve comfort and productivity.
3. Employee Engagement: The new workspace has been designed to support employee interaction and well-being, as well as promote a positive workplace culture.
4. Sustainability Initiatives: The project integrates sustainable design principles and materials. Energy efficient lighting, sustainable materials, Impact Acoustic panels and waste reduction strategies were implemented to minimize the environmental impact of the space.
